Commercial Director

We're looking for a Commercial Director to help scale our revenue and delivery footprint, and to transition Flok from founder-led sales to a scalable GTM/sales motion capable of achieving extremely ambitious growth milestones. You'll be our first dedicated commercial hire, and will deliver significant revenue growth as an individual, while also building and leading a high performance commercial team as the GTM function expands.

You'll have:

  • 4+ years of experience closing large deal sizes in a complex enterprise/B2B or NHS environment

  • A proven ability to build and deliver an effective sales process, and help others do the same

  • Demonstrated unusually high performance, and be results oriented and entrepreneurial

  • A track record for creating new business, and expanding existing contract value over multi-year partnerships

  • Customers who would describe you as a highly valued and trusted partner

  • A strong desire to use your commercial skills for good, and real passion to make exceptional healthcare universally available
